Exclusive Distribution Right of Huang Fei Hong Products

Alpha Ultimate Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dragon Jade International Limited, announced today that an exclusive distribution agreement was entered into by and between Alpha Ultimate Limited, on the one hand, Huang Fei Hong Pharmaceutical International Company Limited (“Huang Fei Hong”), on the other hand (the “Distribution Agreement”). Huang Fei Hong develops and manufactures health and nutritional herbal products, which include herbal oil, pain relief plaster and healing wine (the “Huang Fei Hong Products”). Pursuant to the Distribution Agreement, Huang Fei Hong granted to Alpha Ultimate Limited the exclusive right to promote and distribute the Huang Fei Hong Products in Hong Kong and Taiwan for a period of 10 years.
