Dragon Jade International Announces Appointment of Corporate Advisor

HONG KONG, Feb, 25, 2015 - Dragon Jade International Limited (OTC:DGJI) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gary Hung as Corporate Advisor to its Board of Directors effective on February 25, 2015.

With over 30 years of successful experience in both North America and Asia financial markets, Mr. Hung will serve in an advisory role to the Company and provide strategic insight on potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Hung will also be responsible for exploring new projects to help the Company expand market presence and improve existing product pipeline.

Prior to joining Dragon Jade, Mr. Hung served in senior management roles in Merrill Lynch US/HK for over 18 years and managed overUS$400 million assets for various clients. Mr. Hung received his MBA degree in International Business Education and Relationship fromUniversity of Southern California and holds a Type 9 License in Asset Management.
